tbrew is a Hanoi roastery built on one conviction: Vietnamese Robusta, treated with specialty care, belongs on the world’s finest cups — not at the bottom of the commodity pile.
Our Story
Born in Hanoi. Rooted in the highlands.
Vietnam is the world’s largest Robusta producer — and for decades that Robusta was sold cheap, blended away, its origin erased. We started tbrew to break that cycle: to work directly with highland farmers, apply specialty processing, and let single-origin Vietnamese Robusta finally taste like itself.
Every bag is a small argument against an old assumption — that Robusta can only be bitter and flat. We’ve spent our work proving the opposite, one fermentation and one roast at a time.
The Roastery
An ISO 22000 facility, in the heart of Hanoi.
Our roastery is where green beans become tbrew. EU-grade roasting equipment, an in-house microbial lab, and a food-safety management system certified to ISO 22000 and Vietnam’s VSATTP standard. Small batches, dialled profiles, sealed within 48 hours.
We don’t outsource the part that matters. From fermentation to the final seal, it happens here — under one roof, on the record.
